Engaging in any unfair act during the PropScholar evaluation phase or after securing funding is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. Breaching our contract will trigger strict legal action. Unfair acts include, but are not limited to, using trading signals, tick scalping, exploiting system glitches, copying trades between accounts, and trading during restricted news windows. The unfair acts are listed below.
UNFAIR ACT LIST
Manually adding or attempting to add funds to your cTrader account, or manipulating account balances in any way, will be considered a severe breach of PropScholar's terms and conditions. This action will be classified as an Unfair Act (UFA) and will result in immediate penalties, including the potential termination of your account and forfeiture of any profits earned. Such behavior undermines the integrity of our platform and is strictly prohibited. Any violation will be met with strict legal action and could result in a permanent ban from all PropScholar services. We are committed to maintaining a fair and transparent trading environment, and any attempt to circumvent our rules will not be tolerated.
Purchasing multiple PropScholar (PS) evaluation accounts and using copy trading between them to manipulate results and secure Prop Firm accounts is strictly classified as an Unfair Act. This deceptive practice breaches our terms and conditions and will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts. Legal action will be taken against anyone found engaging in such activities, and any profits or advancements gained through this method will be forfeited.
