Last updated: 7/27/2025

Welcome to Propscholar, operated by Propscholar (the "Company"), a sole proprietorship. The Company provides you ("you" or the "Trader") with a limited license to use the services (the "Services") offered by the Company, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein (the "Agreement").

This Agreement is a legally binding contract, and you have a duty to read this Agreement before using the accessing the Services offered by the Company. By using the Services, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, replace, modify, amend, or terminate this Agreement at any time and within its sole and absolute discretion. In the event The Company replaces, modifies, or amends this Agreement, your continued use of the Services after a change in the Effective Date of said changes will constitute your agreement to any replacement, modification, or amendment to this Agreement.

User Representations

The Services provided by Propscholar consist of simulated trading environments using demo accounts, educational tools, and access to proprietary evaluation preparation programs. You understand and acknowledge that:

  • All trading performed through Propscholar is simulated and involves virtual funds only. These funds hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn or used for actual trading.
  • Successfully completing simulated trading challenges on Propscholar may make you eligible to receive financial support for participation in a third-party proprietary firm evaluation. However, Propscholar is not a prop firm and does not guarantee funding or success in any external evaluation.
  • No profits or losses incurred during demo trading will result in any financial gain or liability for you.
  • Propscholar is not a financial advisor or investment firm, and does not provide investment advice, trading signals, or any recommendation regarding financial instruments or markets.
  • Any educational content or materials provided are intended strictly for informational purposes.

By using the Services, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
  • Understand the simulated nature of the Services and the limitations of any virtual account provided.
  • Will not hold Propscholar liable for decisions made based on your use of the Services.
  • Are not using the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
  • Are not prohibited from entering this Agreement by any other contractual or legal restriction.

Customer Simulated Trading Experience

During all activities with Propscholar, no live trading is provided directly by the Company. All trading conducted through the Services is purely simulated and executed within demo accounts using virtual funds.

Participants who successfully pass an evaluation provided by Propscholar may be eligible to receive simulated capital to trade in a demo environment under specific conditions set forth by the Company. In some cases, Propscholar may offer financial support or sponsorship for participation in a third-party prop firm evaluation.

Propscholar may provide access to data, market information, and content related to trading strategies and general trading principles. Such information is offered strictly for educational and informational purposes only. It should not be interpreted or relied upon as investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

The Company does not encourage or recommend any specific trading actions, strategies, or investments. All simulated trading conducted through Propscholar is facilitated by third-party platform and data providers, and no real funds are involved at any stage of the simulated process.

Limited License

Propscholar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and royalty-free license to access and use the Services solely for their intended and lawful purpose — namely, participation in simulated trading environments, educational evaluations, and potential sponsorship for proprietary firm challenges.

You are strictly prohibited from copying, scraping, framing, hacking, reverse engineering, data mining, crawling, or otherwise aggregating or reproducing any part of the Services or the Propscholar website without prior written consent from the Company.

You acknowledge and agree that this limited license does not grant you any ownership or rights to the Company"s technology, intellectual property, copyrighted materials, trademarks, or trade secrets — nor to any third-party tools or content made available through Propscholar. All such rights remain the sole property of Propscholar and its licensors.

You further agree that your use of the Services must comply with the terms of this Agreement and that you will not use the Services in any way that is not expressly authorized herein. Any unauthorized use will result in termination of your access and may result in legal action.

Propscholar reserves the right to substitute or change any third-party trading software or platform used in the delivery of its Services if a current platform becomes unavailable or non-operational. While we strive for consistent service availability, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, as platform performance may depend on third-party providers beyond our control.

This license may be revoked at any time, for any reason, at the sole discretion of Propscholar. All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by the Company.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Propscholar"s Services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights. You may not use bots, scripts, or automated systems to simulate trades or complete challenges, nor may you misrepresent your identity or performance in any evaluation. Sharing accounts, falsifying information, or using the Services to send spam or engage in harassment is strictly prohibited. Additionally, you may not scrape, hack, reverse engineer, bypass security features, or attempt to disrupt Propscholar"s website or trading platform. Any such misuse may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

Prohibited Trading Practices

The Trader acknowledges and agrees not to engage in any of the following practices, which are strictly prohibited and considered violations of this Agreement:

1. High-Frequency Trading (HFT):

Using systems or methods that generate excessive order frequency, causing undue load on infrastructure or mimicking the behavior of automated bots for unfair advantage.

2. Martingale or Grid Strategies:

Employing risk-doubling techniques such as Martingale or grid-based recovery systems, which exponentially increase exposure and compromise risk management principles.

3. Hedge Arbitrage:

Opening offsetting positions across correlated instruments or accounts (including across different brokers or platforms) in a manner that aims to manipulate outcome without directional market intent.

4. Tick Scalping:

Engaging in trading strategies that target minimal price fluctuations within extremely short timeframes (typically seconds), often seeking to exploit data feed latency or system delays.

5. Signal Copying:

Copying trades/signals directly from external sources or shared accounts, unless permitted.

Education and Trading Conduct

You are strictly prohibited from using any trading strategy that is expressly disallowed by any third-party platform or prop firm you may engage with through Propscholar. Prohibited trading includes, but is not limited to: exploiting pricing errors or platform latency; using insider or non-public information; front-running external trades; engaging in trading practices that could harm Propscholar"s relationship with prop firms or brokers; creating regulatory complications; or using third-party or commercially marketed strategies designed solely to pass assessments. Additionally, passing an assessment with one strategy and switching to another significantly different approach post-evaluation may be considered a violation.

If Propscholar determines that you have engaged in Prohibited Trading, your participation may be terminated, with no refund of any fees paid. Before sponsorship or support for a prop firm challenge is provided, Propscholar reserves the right to review your trading activity to ensure it aligns with acceptable practices.

Any trader achieving simulated rewards above $5,000 may be required—at Propscholar"s discretion—to participate in a recorded video interview with Propscholar staff. The Company reserves full rights to use, publish, and retain copyright over any resulting video, images, audio, or transcripts.

Propscholar does not offer trader education or training. Our role is to assess and identify individuals with potential trading skill through simulation-based evaluations. We do not offer live trading accounts. Any access to capital or evaluations by third-party prop firms is governed by their own terms and conditions.

While Propscholar may provide data, analysis tools, or general market content, this material is strictly for educational or informational use and should not be construed as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of such content. You accept full responsibility for evaluating any information provided and agree not to hold Propscholar liable for actions taken based on this content.

Although Propscholar does not involve real money trading, it is important to understand that real-world trading carries significant risk. Market movements can result in substantial losses, and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future outcomes. You are solely responsible for determining whether trading aligns with your goals, experience, and risk tolerance. If unsure, we strongly advise consulting a licensed financial or tax advisor.

Account Creation

In order to register as a Trader, you may be asked to provide personal information, including, but not limited to your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth and a username and password for an account that is unique to you. The information provided is subject to the Company"s privacy policy accessible here.

The account will be personal to You, and You cannot share it with anybody else. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. If you suspect that your account has been breached, you must immediately notify The Company.

Traders are limited to one active account per assessment level, absent prior written approval.

Purchases and Refunds

Propscholar may offer access to trading assessments, simulated accounts, or other related services for a fee. All prices and offerings are subject to change without prior notice. Purchases may be made directly through our website or via authorized affiliates or white-label partners. It is your responsibility to carefully read and understand the terms associated with any purchase before completing the transaction.

By purchasing any Propscholar service, you acknowledge that all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed transactions, including but not limited to purchases of challenge access, simulated accounts, or any associated services. This policy applies regardless of performance, disqualification, inactivity, or changes in your personal or trading circumstances.

Should Propscholar update, change, or discontinue parts of its platform, services, or third-party integrations for any reason, such changes do not entitle you to a refund or compensation of any kind.

By completing a purchase, you agree that Propscholar is not liable for any claim or loss related to your use of the service or any result arising from your participation.

Guidelines

The Company will display the guidelines associated with the Services on the Company"s website and via email, upon becoming a Trader. These guidelines, which may change from time to time in The Company"s sole discretion, are incorporated in whole into this Agreement. The Company makes absolutely no promise, guarantee, or warranty, express or implied, as to any promise to future employment as a trader, monetary payments, or any other type or kind of compensation or award for your performance as a Trader.

Trademarks and Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that all trademarks, trade names, logos, and branding displayed on the Propscholar website are either owned by or licensed to Propscholar. You are strictly prohibited from using these marks in any way that may cause confusion, imply false association, mislead customers, or infringe on our rights. This includes using our trademarks in domain names, search engine ads, or website metadata.

All content on the Propscholar website — including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, software, and other materials — is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by Propscholar or its licensors. Accessing this website does not grant you any rights to use this content beyond personal, non-commercial use.

Trading Platform

All simulated trading evaluations are conducted via the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform. Propscholar reserves the right to change the platform at its discretion due to availability or performance issues.

Program Structure & Funding Clarification

Propscholar does not resell, distribute, or act as an agent of any proprietary trading firm ("prop firm"). Upon successful completion of our evaluation program, traders are rewarded with a fixed monetary amount intended to be used towards the purchase of a prop firm evaluation of their choice. This reward is not a direct account or evaluation provided by Propscholar on behalf of any prop firm, and Propscholar makes no guarantees regarding the acceptance, availability, or policies of any third-party prop firm. Traders are responsible for selecting and purchasing the evaluation account independently.

Reward and Payout Policy

Upon successful completion of the Propscholar evaluation (either 1-Step or 2-Step), participants become eligible for a payout to purchase a prop firm evaluation account. This payout is not a resale of any prop firm account by Propscholar.

Propscholar does not resell or transfer any live or funded prop firm accounts. Instead, once you pass our internal evaluation, we provide you with the monetary equivalent (as advertised) to purchase your own prop firm challenge from a third-party provider of your choice.

The reward will be processed and paid via UPI or Cryptocurrency ("Crypto"), based on the user"s selected option during the withdrawal process. Propscholar reserves the right to request identity verification (including a video interview, if applicable) before releasing any funds.
