Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 22 July 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website propscholar.com and all related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by PropScholar Private Limited (CIN: U85499JH2026PTC027330), a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office in Sundarnagar, Jharkhand, India (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our").
PropScholar is a skill-based trading scholarship platform. We offer evaluation programmes ("Challenges") conducted entirely in a simulated (demo) trading environment. Traders who successfully complete a Challenge in accordance with the rules below may become eligible to receive a scholarship reward. No real client capital is traded, and participation does not constitute investing, brokerage, portfolio management, or any regulated financial activity.
This Agreement is a legally binding contract. You have a duty to read it before accessing the Services. By registering for, purchasing, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, replace, or terminate this Agreement at any time in its sole discretion. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2. Eligibility
To use the Services you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

The Company may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to anyone at its sole discretion.
3. Nature of the Services — Important Notice
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- All Challenges take place on Simulated Accounts using demo funds. You are not trading real money, and you cannot and will not lose real money as a result of trading activity within a Challenge.
- The Company is not a broker, bank, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or financial institution, and does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
- A Challenge is an evaluation of trading skill, not an investment product. Fees paid are for participation in the evaluation, not a deposit, and are not held on your behalf.
- Any Scholarship Reward is a discretionary reward for demonstrated skill and is not profit from real trading, interest, or a return on investment.
4. Registration and Account Security
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. The Company is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. Each Trader may hold only the number of accounts permitted by the Company; creating multiple or duplicate accounts to circumvent these Terms is prohibited.
5. Challenge Objectives and Trading Rules
Each Challenge is governed by the objectives and limits set out below. A Trader passes a Challenge only by achieving the profit target while never breaching any limit, and by trading on the required minimum number of days. Breaching any limit results in the immediate failure of that Challenge account.

- Maximum Inactivity: 14 consecutive days without trading activity
- Leverage: up to 1:50
Two-Step Challenge — Phase 1
- Profit Target: 8% of the starting balance
- Maximum Overall Loss: 8% of the starting balance
- Maximum Daily Loss: 4% (measured from the day's peak equity)

- Leverage: up to 1:100
Two-Step Challenge — Phase 2
- Profit Target: 5% of the starting balance
- Maximum Overall Loss: 8% of the starting balance
- Maximum Daily Loss: 4% (measured from the day's peak equity)
- Minimum Profitable Days: 3 (a day with at least 0.75% net profit)
- Maximum Inactivity: 14 consecutive days without trading activity
- Leverage: up to 1:100
The Company may update the Trading Rules, targets, and limits from time to time. The rules applicable to your account are those in effect at the time your account was issued, as shown in your dashboard.
6. Prohibited Trading Practices
Because Challenges evaluate genuine trading skill in a simulated environment, the following are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of them may result in the disqualification of results, failure of the account, forfeiture of any Scholarship Reward, and termination of your access without refund:
- Exploiting errors, latency, delays, or inaccuracies in the simulated price feed or platform (including "latency" or "arbitrage" trading).
- Coordinated or group trading, opening opposite positions across accounts ("hedging" between accounts), or copy/mirror trading designed to guarantee a passing result.
- Use of any strategy that relies on gaps, off-market pricing, rollover, or news spikes in a manner that does not reflect genuine trading skill.
- Use of prohibited automated tools, bots, or third-party services intended to manipulate results.
- Any conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, or intended to circumvent these Terms or the Trading Rules.
The Company is the sole judge of whether a practice is prohibited, acting reasonably and in good faith.
7. Fees and Payments
Challenge fees are displayed on the Services and are payable in full before an account is issued. We accept payment by card, UPI, and cryptocurrency. You agree to pay all applicable fees and any taxes that apply to your purchase. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed. All fees are quoted and charged in the currency shown at checkout.
8. Refunds
Challenge purchases are digital, skill-based evaluation services that are made available to you immediately. Accordingly, all fees are non-refundable once payment is completed and account credentials have been issued, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
9. Scholarship Rewards
A Trader who successfully completes a Challenge in full compliance with these Terms may become eligible for a Scholarship Reward. Eligibility and the amount are subject to the following:
- The reward is calculated as [SCHOLARSHIP REWARD TERMS — e.g. up to XX% of the simulated profit achieved].
- Rewards are requested through your dashboard and are subject to a minimum reward amount of [MINIMUM PAYOUT] and are processed [PAYOUT FREQUENCY — e.g. within X business days of a valid request].
- The Company may withhold or cancel any reward where the Trading Rules were breached, prohibited practices were used, information provided was false, or these Terms were otherwise violated.
- You are solely responsible for any taxes payable on any reward you receive.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. In all cases, the Company's total aggregate liability to you will not exceed the total amount of fees you paid to the Company in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
15. Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, and disqualify any Challenge result or Scholarship Reward, at any time and without refund, if you breach this Agreement, engage in prohibited practices, or provide false information. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
